HOW TO BREW MAMAKI TEA
Hot tea: Use 1-2 teaspoons (1g – 2g) of loose māmaki tea per 8 oz boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes.
Iced Mamaki tea: Crumble 1/4 cup (12g) of māmaki in a 2-quart glass jar. Fill the jar with boiling water and steep overnight. Dilute to 1 or more gallons of iced Mamaki tea, or to taste.
